Ola Hawatmeh is a first generation American, mom of 3 boys, small business owner, fashion designer and philanthropist. Her parents are Jordanian immigrants who settled in the Hudson Valley and taught her the value of working hard and playing fair, principles that she applies to her daily life.

After graduating from Marist College with a degree in Communications and Media Studies, Hawatmeh started her own fashion company, OlaStyle that has expanded across the country. Fashion quickly turned into philanthropy She founded both Mom Me Makeover and Makeover for a cause, charities that provide free makeovers to underprivileged women as well as military veterans and their wives. A decade later, created Survivor Fashion week, a charity that allows fellow cancer survivors to walk as runway models and donates proceeds to Susan G. Koman to help fund a cure.

Her never-ending desire to help others earned Hawatmeh the “Top Business Woman in Business” award from St. Louis Small Business Monthly. She was also named “Most Influential Woman in St. Louis” by Alive Magazine three times. Despite all her success, Ola remains humble in her work and follows her true passion – helping people find their confidence and realize their value in life.

I was born in California to a Filipino mother and an American father.  We moved when I was five years old.  Like Jeff, I grew up in a small town that was safe for kids.  Also, like Jeff, I am a musician, we both learned how to play guitar in our early teens.  I have to admit being in a band probably kept us out of trouble.

I was raised a Democrat and voted for Walter Mondale in 1984 when I was eighteen.  An epiphany occurred when I was in college.  I came to realize the Democrats did not reflect my Christian and conservative values.  I switched political parties and never looked back.  My academic background is in political science, international studies and history.  I have graduate degrees in political science and international studies.  I am currently reading for a Ph.D. in History.

During the Obama Administration, I also had a radio show called the Ronald Boyd Show, I currently have a blog on Word Press called the Boyd Brief and I am currently the Patriot Review’s Historian and Contributor.  Both Jeff and I hope this outlet grows and influences the next generation to keep America the land of the free and the home of the brave.  Join us to make this a reality.  It is not too late to save our country from the autocratic left because if we are no longer the city upon the hill, the beacon of liberty, who will be?

Robert has been shot at and shot back all over this tired old globe. Robert's opinions and thoughts have been formed in the fires of conflict. He knows well the  enemies of all free men.

Robert knows well that America's freedoms were bought and paid for in the blood of her patriotic soldiers. His opinions, as expressed throughout his books, range from reasonable to the bizarre but never predictable or boring and always logical and plainly correct!
